For our United States Clients, all domestic shipping fees are complimentary
All shipments are sent via insured priority overnight delivery. Adult signature is required upon delivery.
Our Insurance Coverage on the piece ends once the package has been signed for. 55Carats is not liable
for lost shipments once tracking shows the package has been delivered.
55Carats is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the client not being available to
sign for the package upon arrival, or due to any technical issue of shipping carrier, or due to any weather
circumstances.
Return policy
In order for 55Carats to consider your return or exchange eligible, the purchased item must be in brand
new, completely unused and unworn condition, in its original packaging. 55Carats reserves the right to
refuse any return or exchange if the item appears to be damaged or shows signs of wear, which is
inspected by our team.
In-Stock Jewelry: If within 7 days from the delivery date you change your mind, we are happy to offer
you a refund or may opt to do an even exchange for the same item in a different size or color for the In-
Stock Jewelry Items.
Bridal, Personalized pieces (including engravable), Made-to-Order pieces (ring size, necklace and
bracelet length adjustments), Pre-Orders are considered FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNABLE.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our pieces. 55Carats offers lifetime warranty on all jewelry purchases,
except ESTATE PIECES. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect,
including loose diamonds or loose prongs, broken clasps, missing pave stones.
This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resize, lost or stolen
items are not covered by this warranty as well.
Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of 55Carats will void this
warranty.
